The Chases have farmed on Chase Hill since the 1890's, raising horses and planting apple trees on its northeast slope looking at the Presidentials in the New Hampshire White Mountains.

In the 1990's, a new generation rebuilt the farmhouse and planted a garden with a few apple trees. The orchard has expanded since with a mix of regionally resilient varieties as well as British and French cultivars. All are tried and true and well suited to our unique location, expressing their individuality with vibrant enthusiasm. The orchard is the culmination of a carefully balanced, holistic, seasonal process, nourished only by farm -based compost, rain and spring water. New plantings have expanded the theme and enhanced the complexity of the blend.

Our cider is a full orchard blend of only our apples, well adapted to the extremes of our northern New England weather and an expression of the minerals in the land itself. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks, slow and cold, resulting in a dry, full flavored, well rounded apple finish. Bottle conditioning produces a lightly sparkled cider. Due to its unfiltered nature, sediment is expected.

Serve chilled for a delightful warm weather treat, or at room temperature to further explore its complexities. Cheers!       7% ABV
