Our signature hard cider is dry and flavorful with a light sparkle and refreshing taste.  All aspects of the cider making process, from growing, to harvesting, to fermentation, to bottling are done right here on our family owned farm.  By mixing over 18 estate grown apple varieties we create a unique taste only found in Chase Hill Cider.
